Meet the Team

Teresa Kelley, a lifetime Cincinnati resident, opened ServiceMaster on the Spot Dayton more than two decades ago to specialize in patient-centered cleaning for healthcare providers. She’s also an American Hospital Association Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician with a high level of knowledge in managing pathogens and navigating a complex medical environment.

Since 2000, ServiceMaster on the Spot Dayton has been the trusted resource for cleaning the Community Blood Center and Community Tissue Services (CBC/CTS). Why? Because of the intentional effort to stay up to date with operating procedures and adhere to a strict cleaning protocol. Our custom tracking software helps, too. It gives customers real-time visibility into everything our team does, so that customers can have peace of mind.

But the services don’t stop at healthcare facilities. Our EPA-certified products combined with our Capture and Removal Cleaning System® improve any facility’s indoor air quality, appearance, and comfort. With more than 70 full- and part-time professionals employed, the team commonly provides cleaning services for industries such as:

To ensure that only the best, most dedicated people join the team, Teresa brought Amy Brown onboard. Amy brings more than 15 years of customer service experience to her Human Resources Management position, finding the people who understand the value of going above and beyond customer expectations.
