Joe Malizia began his career in the residential and commercial cleaning industry in 1974.

Not long after, he realized that more and more clients had a need for the services he was providing, but looking for a company that operated with the highest standards. He quickly understood these challenges, as well as those of operating an independent business, and began to research franchises.

He discovered that franchise systems bring great value to the customer, provide a proven business model, as well as many cost-benefits to the owner that can be passed to the customer.
