Anita Wein
In 2001, Anita purchased a ServiceMaster Clean franchise as a family venture. Since 2010, Anita is owner/operator of ServiceMaster Commercial Services. Although her previous experience was in the medical field, Anita enjoys using her organizational skills in the daily operations of the franchise such as scheduling, account information and time keeping. Over the years, one of the more rewarding aspects of her work has been being able to watch each member of the management team grow and adapt to the continual changes and advancements of the “cleaning world.” Anita also enjoys being a part of having companies trust ServiceMaster Commercial Services with their janitorial services and providing a standard of cleaning that exceeds the expectations of all our customers, whether we clean their facility once a month or seven days a week. Jan Gordon
As former Operations Director of the Daily Pennsylvanian, Jan has a background in training staff, advertising and marketing campaigns as well as experience in working with financial statements. That experience has been a great fit for her position as Marketing Director at ServiceMaster Commercial Services. Susan Ladzinski
Susan joined ServiceMaster Commercial Services over 16 years ago as a secretary/ receptionist. Since joining the company, she has grown with the company through a number of positions. Today, Susan’s responsibilities include working with area managers and time-keeping for approximately 300 employees.
