"SMAYS" History
1965 - Established as Blubaugh's ServiceMaster Inc. by Glenn Blubaugh.
Late 1980's -Glenn retires, leaving the business to his son's Ken & Ron Blubaugh. Ron leaves the business in 1991.
December 19, 1998 - Mike & Beth Kleman purchase the business and rename it to Kleman Services LLC, dba ServiceMaster "At YOUR Service"
1999 - The company realized a 25% growth; which earned them "President's Achievement Recognition" Awards for both Residential and Disaster Restoration Entrepreneur from ServiceMaster Corporate. This growth also allowed them to expand the business and purchase land at their current location.
2000-2011 - The company continues to excel and earns 6 more "President's Achievements Recognition" awards as well as 7 "Marion E. Wade Achiever Awards" for both Disaster Restoration, Commercial and Janitorial.
2013 - In order to remain competitive in the Janitorial Market the company decided to transition to a Women Owned Business. The process is completed and certified by Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
2017 - Awarded the "Marion E. Wade Achiever Award" for Janitorial. from ServiceMaster Corporate.
2018 - Awarded the "Partner in Employment" Award from our local MRDD.
