ServiceMaster Building Maintenance strives for a “clean” in our clients’ facilities that meets more than the minimum standard. For this reason, ServiceMaster Clean has become CIMS Certified with Honors. We have successfully demonstrated a commitment to the delivery of environmentally preferable service designed to meet customer needs and expectations.

The Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) is the first consensus-based management standard that outlines the primary characteristics of a successful, quality cleaning organization. Designed to assist cleaning organizations thoroughly understand customer’s service requirements. It ensures Quality, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction while providing procedures and policies for cleaning organizations and guiding them through documentation and a clearly defined management system. CIMS Certification is third party accredited through ISSA.

Every year, ServiceMaster recognizes the top 5 janitorial businesses throughout the ServiceMaster network of over 4,500 franchises. The criteria for selection as one of the top 5 businesses is comprised of several criteria: adherence to the ServiceMaster corporate objectives, treatment of staff and employee retention, client retention, business growth, business size and other factors. During the last twelve years, ServiceMaster Building Maintenance has received the “Expert Award” seven times, most recently in 2018.

2. CORPORATE REPORT WISCONSIN MAGAZINE “BEST OF WISCONSIN” AWARD WINNER - 2008, 2009, 2010

Each year, Corporate Report Wisconsin magazine conducts a poll of its readers to pick the “Best of Wisconsin” businesses in approximately 35 different categories. For the first time, the category of “best janitorial service” was included in 2008. That same year, ServiceMaster Building Maintenance was picked as one of the top 2 cleaning contractors in Wisconsin.
