Soft Pressure Washing

Commercial Soft Washing is similar to pressure washing, but it is a much gentler process. Soft washing is well suited for exterior surfaces that could be damaged from traditional pressure washing. Additionally, with soft wash, you don’t have to worry about damaging paint or water getting under your siding or roof shingles.

How Commercial Soft Washing Works

Commercial Soft Washing relies on our liquid solution to actually kill bacteria, mold, mildew, green algae, moss, and also lichen. It accomplishes this safely without harm to the environment, plants, or grass. Our careful, advanced process ensures a much lower PSI to rinse. A soft wash won’t have a PSI of more than 400.

There will be immediately visible results on all surfaces and ongoing brightening. Where moss and lichen have grown on roofs, our solution will kill the invasive plant. Over a period of up to 4 months, rain and wind will ensure gradual flaking of rooted moss and lichen. This process is the only one approved by the American Roofing Association because it does not damage roof tiles.

Additionally, depending on the severity of the stain or grime, the process may need to be repeated to get the desired effect.
